SCI-Arc’s 2025 Undergraduate Thesis Reviews bring together bold ideas, radical proposals and fearless debate in an immersive two-day event. Guided by Undergraduate Thesis Coordinator Maxi Spina, fifth-year B.Arch students present their culminating projects to an audience of more than 80 jurors, critics, faculty and leading professionals.

This film captures both the intensity and vitality of the weekend: sweeping timelapses of the exhibition, meticulous model details, spontaneous moments of exchange and the charged atmosphere of final reviews. “The Thesis Effect: Lines of Flight,” immerses viewers in the moment where architecture’s future is negotiated, debated, and reimagined, not as a conclusion but as a launching point toward invention, transformation and worlds yet to come.
