SCI-Arc’s Design Immersion Days program, also known as DID, is an immersive summer program that introduces high school students to design and architecture. The exhibition represents four weeks of effort by the 47 students in the summer 2019 cohort. Three projects – Paper Space, Monster Object and Shape City - offered students a way to engage with a range of design tools, techniques and critical concerns surrounding architecture, design, the built environment and the city.
SCI-Arc’s DID is grateful to our generous supporters: The City of Los Angeles Department of Cultural Affairs, The US Bank foundation, The Goodwin Family Memorial Trust & The California Arts Council.
