SCI-Arc student Bart Millar describes how the Spring and Fall lecture series are organized by the students and that the theme of this term is the architectural imagination.

Michael Rotondi and Elyse Grinstein introduce David Hockney. Hockey, in turn, introduces a movie he did recently with Philip Haas, “Day on the Grand Canal with the Emperor of China”. The movie describes a 17th century Chinese scroll found in a little shop in Madrid, now known as "The Kangxi Emperor's Southern Inspection Tour (1691-1698), scroll seven."

alternatives developed by Matisse, Picasso and himself. Hockey also discusses Fellini’s movie “ And The Ship Sales on”
