Peter Zellner, introduced by Chris Genik, describes his office and the type of work he has completed since 2004. He shows several gallery designs and several loft and interior projects. Zellner describes the generic “White Cube” gallery space, and the need to manipulate it to meet the requirements of the art.
Zellner discusses a project to renovate a shopping mall to accomodate a wider range of retailers. Zellner describes his strategy of using existing circulation and objects in the site to generate geometric forms.
Zellner ends with a question and answer session, explaining his involvement with the artist’s requirements.
